eBay Invoice Fees

Hello. I received an evolve fee but I never sold an item. In my account it says I sold 2 items but I didn’t. The ”buyer” took too long to pay so I cancelled the order. Any advice because I’m being charged the invoice by eBay.

Depending on when you canceled the order, it probably wasn't in time for the credit to show up on your current invoice.

You'll have to pay this invoice, then there should be a credit on your next invoice.
