eBay Andriod app not showing description of listing

So, I have been having an issue with the Android eBay application not showing the seller's description while using the eBay Andriod application. It appears to be an isolated issue with specifically the eBay Andriod application and not other platforms/OS's and/or browsers. 

The item number as an example is 383426346138

I tried on iPhone with the application, and with browser on iPhone and the description appears to load

I tried on PC and it appears to load the description fine

When I tried on Andriod devices using multiple versions of Andriod OS it works fine on browsers but on the Android eBay application itself it won't load the description. 

Any idea as to why? or is this just a bug with the Andriod application loading this seller's descriptions?

My guess would be the seller has not used a description format that is compatible with the eBay app.

The description is viewable in a mobile browser, but the formatting is clearly not displaying correctly. Most likely the seller used a template that was optimized for a large screen -- lots of columns, images and fixed text. The formatting does not translate well to a smaller display, and the app can not handle it at all.

Typically, I would agree with you, but this works on all other mobile devices. It only seems to be an issue with the eBay android application itself. If you use the browser on the android device the description shows fine.
