eBay APP won't load iPhone IOS Is high enough

My husband has been wanting to get into helping me more with my reselling because I'm disabled but his eBay app WILL NOT LOAD search results. It starts giving you suggestions while searching, you can click on all the other parts and they load- phone is completely updated, eBay has been updated on his phone- turned off and on, hard restart, delete and redownload, nothing has worked. His IOS is above what the requirement is, I'm at a complete loss and have no other ideas. Anyone else having this issue?

What operating system version number? And what version number of the eBay app?

His operating system is 18.4 and eBay app is showing 6.203.0 both completely updated today

Your husband should be able to report app issues by shaking the phone while the eBay app is active.

If the app is not working, he may be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.

he's been trying to use the browser version but it's just so... clunky haha. Just tried the shake, it asks to report a technical problem and when I click on that it won't load either. AHHHHHH haha

Same here ebay app crashed / won't allow logging in on iOS 18.4 Shaking the phone trying to report a technical issue doesn't work either as the app just crashes... Looks like a bug that needs to be resolved in the app....

You can file tech reports through the website if the app is crashing @polygrams @moogsmercantile .
