can ebay app be synced to desktop manually?

i have noticed a delay in the app syncing to the system.

You can refresh the page in the eBay app by dragging your finger down the screen.

If I open my Saved Sellers in the eBay app, then use a desktop browser to save a new seller, dragging my finger down the screen in the app allows the latest saved seller to appear on the list in the app.
