I am attempting to pay for an item won. I have tried 3 different payment types. I tried CC and two different PayPal accounts. Same message each time. This is AFTER I made a purchase earlier in the same day, with the same card with no issue. I have signed out and signed in, I have removed the card and added it back in, I checked the card status and it is active and my PayPal accounts are active with no issues. I tried to pay through the app and the website. I am at a loss. Any solutions?
