As the title says, it forces you to add to watch list then you need to use a desktop browser to purchase. What is the point of the eBay app if it's not functional...

The problem is that the customer/buyer doesn't want to do that.
I have opened the support cases 3 times and all of them were closed without any notification that the problem was fixed. All that the eBay support told me that all is good. When I asked them to check the items from their side via the eBay app, they confirmed that the problem still exists.
Now I am losing customers some of them contact me and ask how they can buy it(I have to explain that they need to go to their desktop and how many of them really do this?), but I have no idea how many just close my store page and go to a different seller.
This is insane.
