Why is eBay charging me randomly for shipping at 4am? And saying it’s an automatic payment

Your post is not very clear. Did YOU ship something? Or did you purchase something and shipping for the transaction was charged separately later?

Or under payed on the shipping, when scanned was charged? What reason was given for the charge?
