Wrong address that can’t get changed

1st time buyer. Very frustrated. I bought books. They didn’t come. Weeks passed and I got eBay message for seller. They had the wrong address. All that needed to be done was to change my address it was totally impossible. I could not text seller or eBay or call anyone. Then the seller resent books at same wrong address. I stated a chat and the didn’t wait for me to explain. Is there no way to fix this. HELP please. I even tried to become a member and couldn’t do that either

The seller is sending the items to the address you gave when you registered your account.  You need to go in to eBay and Paypal to update your address. There are several different places to update your address. The seller is unlikely to send the item to an address you just e-mail to them, because that is actually a very common scam request.
