Won’t upload listing. Photo error?

When I hit the list button it says it can’t because my photos are missing. I have 9 nice quality photos in my 

 

listing. Is this happening to anyone else? I have never had this problem before.  I use an IPhone to list.

I’m getting the same message today, 4-17-24.  I’ve deleted and readded the photos but nothing is working.  Very frustrating.

Hello, we are working on a fix for this. If you are cropping your photos, their new size may be smaller than we require.

Not your fault!  It's definitely a bug that we will fix as soon as possible. 

As a workaround, could you see if you can publish the listing when you don't edit your photos?

Any updates on this fix as i am still getting the error with unedited photos

This is happening to me about 1 in 10 times.  I try deleting the pictures, adding more, over and over and nothing works.  All I have found to do is literally start over and create a new listing with the exact same pictures and it works fine.  (7/12/2025). Promises were made to fix this 1 year ago?

@brocaptrace I have not seen others reporting this problem recently.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
