Won’t download

App won’t open so deleted and now won’t download on iPhone

As of 10-28-19, late in day, cannot work with drafts. App won’t open them. Tried a few things to isolate problem., no luck. Based on two comments, I did not uninstall and reinstall. While it looks like I can still open the drafts from PC, it is tougher for me to see the pictures well. I will move to PC if I have to, however I prefer my mobile app to work (obviously)

Can you let us know what happens when you go to open the draft in the app? Are you getting an error?

Thank you for checking.....YES, as I tried right now, I am able to open my drafts within the App.

App won’t download! Shows it in my cloud, looks like it will download and then shows cloud and down arrow again!!!! PLEASE fix this problem soon!!!!!! Second time I’m posting!
