Why doesn’t ebay cross test their updates before releasing them?

This might be a clue. Apparently ebay CEO is more interested in his staff pleasing HIM than his customers, the sellers. Note his LinkedIn post today, while we’re in these community forums begging for them to fix their horrible app problems among a thousand other seller problems. A saw his post and it was like seeing a Marie Antoinette moment where he is Marie referring to the people, “let them eat cake!”

I saw that and wanted to throw up with all the problems we’re having. And we’re good 100% positive feedback sellers too. So, are all these horrible app problems the result of his people channeling HIM? Is he the genius behind this app update decision that does not take into consideration what we actually think about it?

Details like, best offer? Which drives BUYERS crazy because they think ebay sellers are just rude, when really we just are like a barista being asked if the customers can use her tip jar for discounts on coffee.

Its not about the sellers, the buyers, or even about ebay. Its all about Devin, apparently. Channel Devin, you good little minions, tell HIM what he wants to hear. Omg. How pathetic. “I love it when MY time channels ME.” Notice in 8 words, 3 of them are him? Seriously, that’s like 40% of the words are forms of him. Ew. I had a boss like that once. He surrounded himself with yes men. I had to get outta there; too many robots.
