What happened to the cha-ching sound effect?

I had it a couple of weeks ago.  No where to be found now. Whats up?

I have found that when the app gets an update, settings get lost or turned on/off

Go into the app

use the 3 bar menu at the top left

settings

notifications

make sure that  your selling notifications are on and that push notifications are enabled

then scroll down

customize sounds

selling

set to Alert

Sound should be default

If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

I have an iPhone and had the same thing happen. I just deleted the app and reinstalled.
