I bought a pair of sneakers on March 19th, the item was shipped and sent to the authenticator and has been there ever since. I was supposed to receive the item on April 6th but the tracking says it is still waiting to be authenticated. I can’t contact anyone and you guys don’t even have a customer service number or anything. Who do I talk to?!
