i thought I was all set up a month ago. Now restricted because eBay couldn’t get my automatic invoice $$$. Have spent over an hour trying to find the problem, finding the problem, changing everything, then still not being able to pay. Even the settings for setting up PP and/or credit card are very difficult to access thru app. Discover a page I need in some obscure place, go thru it, do it, try to return to previous page, it’s gone. Don’t even know where I was I’ve been to so many pages. Why wouldn’t settings for this be immediately visible? Round & round & round I go. WTH? Am I blind and missing something obvious?
