Username

I tried to change my user name and all my information disapeard cant get back in my ebay accounts

Ok how do i get back in to my account i see here it changes

Are you asking if you'll lose your existing transaction/feedback number? You do, with an ID change.

I don't know what you mean by "all my information", but you should be able to fill in info in your Account Settings.

The account you are using now was created in June 2001 and has 532 feedback, and according to your profile page, you did recently update your username. What information are you not seeing?

Changing your username should not change any of the other information in your account.

If you force quit the app and reopen it it should get back to normal. You may need to sign out and sign back in too.
