Urgent. App not showing condition summary!

The android app no longer shows the content of the "condition summary" aka "seller's notes". Screen print attached.

The only time words are shown in the description section without clicking to the "see full desccription" is if the seller's entire description is short enough to be put there.

The condition summary is not seen anywhere!!

I have complained that this part of the description cannot be edited in the app. But not showing it at all is not a solution.

EBay encouraged sellers to describe flaws in that blurb in an effort to shorten descriptions and yet highlight condition by putting it right under the title on desktop. 

If it is being left out on the app, sellers need to be told urgently!

The condition summary has moved to About this item section. You have to click it to see it.

I have dozens of returns per month because people on the app are not reading condition notes, they then open a "not as described" return costing me thousands a year in returns costs.  When I get more than 2% of my sales as "not as described I get an extra 6% fee. I have paid literally thousands in extra fees to ebay because buyers are not reading the description, but once they open a claim there is nothing you can do to remove that defect. I have called in to ebay and showed them the 10 "not as described" claims I had that were all actually described in the listing. They said they won't do anything. I assume I have nearly $4000-5000 per year  in extra costs because of this problem with ebay. That is nearly 10% of my business profit. Pathetic what ebay has turned into in my 19 years in business.
