If you have a recent enough operating system, and recent versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store, you should be able to get the latest version of the eBay app from the Google Play Store.

There may be other issues preventing you from getting the latest version, but those are some things to check first.

Thanks for posting. Please try to update again, try uninstalling and reinstalling via google play.
