Update

I can’t update on my main iPad. It’s telling me I can get an earlier version but it still won’t allow me to access that!

I need to be able to use eBay on this Tablet.

Instructions here: How to update your eBay app

- Requires Android 10 or better
- Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you're on iOS 15 and cannot update to a compatible OS then you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
