Update my app having not been able to update EBay app not even older 4.8 version every one is

Every body is having trouble updating the new app and 4.8 older version also what’s going on

If your device is running iOS 13 you might be able to install an older version from the App Store 

• Delete the ebay app from the device
• Open the app store app
• Tap account button (upper right corner)
• Tap Purchased
• Scroll to the eBay app and tap the cloud and down arrow icon
