I’ve bought thousands worth of items bought something didn’t arrive fedex said it got sent somewhere else eBay would not refund

FedEx said it got sent somewhere else, was it delivered? This makes a big difference, because it if was, that is the reason eBay wont help, as far as they are concerned it is delivered. Keep checking with FedEx, file a claim against them.
