Well done EBay another dissatisfied customer not able to up dated the latest app on my old iPhone I’ve tried removing the app and reinstalling the latest version with no luck so much for being a loyal customer looks like Vinted and other sites are the way forward for me !!! Not happy at all !!!!

If you have iOS 15 or Android 9 and cannot update to a compatible OS, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

So in if there is no option to use an older version of the app why are we still offered the option to upload an older version, we just go in circles and it’s NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The only solution seems to be to delete the app and use the browser.
