Unable to rearrange photos on listings

Updated the app, and now cannot rearrange listing photos. The only option is to delete or add photos. I tried deleting the app, turning off the phone, and reinstalling the ebay app, and that dis not work.

I am having the same problem with my photos on the new app as well.  

I tried everything to troubleshoot rearranging my photos.  

This really **bleep** me off.

Why would ebay change a helpful tool?  I sell on other sites too.  Moving forward, it looks like I may have to utilize those more often.  Anyone able to answer this question?
