Unable to open app

I downloaded the app to my iPad and it will not open just goes straight back to my iPad Home Screen. Also since I downloaded the app I cannot even go to eBay at all. I tried deleting the app and I cannot. I updated the app and it made no difference. ☹️

Please try removing the Ebay App, restarting your iPad and reinstalling the app.
