We have been having issues listing our items on our mobile device for the last 2 months now and Ebay are not even trying to fix these issues

1st issue is that when 'sell similar' button is pressed there is so many glitches within this, we have shop front so we need all the details the same apart from the description of the item, when we click the button on the mobile device to edit the html description, an error message appears 'formatting not supported' so we have to save into drafts, log on to ebay on the pc, edit the description on the PC and then list the item, this takes twice as long to get our items listed.

2nd issue is all of our items we sell are on 'goods til cancelled' but for some reason our listings have been ending after 30 days, why is this Ebay ?

There are so many other glitches when taking photos also, when taking a photo with your mobile landscape way the whole of the picture on Ebay doesnt show up it cuts half of the item out of the picture

Thank you for posting. The current apps do not support HTML editing which is why you get that alert. All good til cancled items should auto relist after 30 days. If you are seeing items that is not happening on can you give us an item # and we will look into it.

For the landscape photo issue could you please take some screenshots with your device and post them here or email them to us at iosfeedback@ebay.com and we will look into this.

When you say the new mobile app doesn’t support html editing, can you tell me if this is something you’re working on fixing or will the new app remain this way? Thanks
