Thanks for posting. Do you have more details on what one time code you are trying to get? Is this to sign into the app?

Have you talked to your service provider? I had the same issue. A quick call to my cell phone provider solved the issue. It apparently has something to do with their filters for spam messages. The solution to my problem literally took just five minutes. I hope this helps!
