I am trying to turn off auto-renewal using the Ebay app. I tap on the item, then tap the theee dots and then tap ‘revise’ from the drop down menu which is what many recommend doing. However, once I’m in the ‘revise’ dashboard there is no apparent option for ‘auto-renew’. I dug through the ‘revise’ section, looking in the various subsections ‘preferences’ ‘shipping’ ‘description’ etc but couldn’t find an option that enables/disables auto-renew. Any suggested solves are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I looked at your listings and they are all auctions, so you must be talking about the relist-free-up-to-8-times that eBay offers new/occasional sellers on auctions. More info:

You can just end the listings early, and hopefully they won't be relisted again. But, since this was enabled when you first created those auction listings, you may need to revise the listings to change the setting before ending them.

Thanks! I’m guessing EBay sets that ‘re-list 8 times’ feature as a default setting. I would specifically opt for that.

I'm having the same issue. It looks like they removed the ability to edit in the app. Frustrating because I am being charged a listing fee when I would have preferred to cancel.
