Trying to link paypal

I only have access to my iPhone. 

I set up eBay successfully and I have my PayPal set up successfully. I just need help linking my PayPal to my eBay please and thank you.

I have followed the instruction through google step by step but there is no PayPal link.

is it because I’m using a cell phone or is there a work around?
