Trouble viewing items

When I try to view an item the item info including image does no show up. The buying options button is present I get a message that the seller does not ship to United States. It does not matter where the seller is; all items show this error. My address settings are correct. This is a new issue that started today. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just got exactly the same thing. Literally just hung up with eBay customer service. They filed a bug report. I took screenshots of the whole issue as well. More people need to report this so they can fix it. More than likely it’s due to some middle schooler cutting school and hacking the system. Sad but can happen.

I’m having same issue with my iPad…my iPhone works fine…every item I click on disappears and the option button says the seller doesn’t ship to the United States…just wanted to say the previous user is not alone…and I see you are working on a solution….

I can view everything through browser, just not on iPad app

What operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?

Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

My iOS is current and am running the lastestvapp version. This issue is with the app not the browser

If you are using the latest version of the eBay app and the latest iOS version, you should report the issue with the app to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active.
