When I run a search it gives me a list of results. These have product photos. When I click on the item it changes photos to a random one and not the one which I clicked on

Can you please share a screen shot of your search results and then what the item looks like after you click on it.
Thanks

I too have had this happen several times lately! The worst one was ordering 50 red beam torches showing as Ultrafire torches which take an 18650 battery. a
And being delivered a MINI torch of dubious manufacture which takes a AA battery. But the picture shows the same torch on both pictures. The only picture it does look different on is the drop down box choice. When you click on for green or red beam it reverts to the original picture.
But more to the point, the eBay rep asks for pictures of the item you see? Ok, just HOW are you supposed to do that then?? Ever tried collecting a picture of ANYTHING from an eBay page??
And this is just one of five incidents this month?
Regards,
Chris Goddard.

Sorry, tried to edit original message but got a message to do something I couldn't! (Recognise my problem??) So simply copied and pasted the review...

And this is just one of five incidents this month for me!?

Dear Chris G., to capture content of Your screen at any moment, You can make a screenshot:
- click on "Print, Screen, SysRq" button on Your keyboard
- paste it (right click on the mouse, choose "Paste" option from drop down menu) to a free Microsoft "Paint" program on Your computer or any other photo editor You use
- save it in some folder of Your PC
- then You can download it here on forum, using the below "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option (vide my screenshot).
