My app tells me that I have no internet connection. However, the app works great on WiFi. Is this normal?

App says I’m offline (1009 message) despite the fact I have a new iPhone. However, the app works great on WiFi. Is this normal?

Please go into your cellular settings and give the ebay app permission to use cellular.
