Hello, I don't understand because in the last purchase they charged me tax on an item, in this case, used shoes, this item paid its tax when it was sold new.
I would like to know if this policy of you is for all the used items that you sell if so I will never compare again, that does not seem legal to me

Sales taxes are a tax of  the transaction not the item New or used makes no difference.

Used items have always charged tax...they charge tax at Goodwill and Salvation army stores.

People just aren't used to paying it online because it's relatively new.

It doesn't matter if the item is new or used, the sales tax is on the transaction, not the item.
