Stuck in sign-in loop

I’m so stuck. I tried to list something yesterday after ages. It kept on getting stuck so I updated the App (iPhone 13 pro). Since then I’m stuck in a loop, login enter password, enter mobile code, setup Face ID, make the browser safe then it goes back to login. No matter what option I choose regarding browser or Face ID it brings me back to login again and it goes on and on. I tried logging in through safari browser and the same is happening. Kindly someone help. If my product sells I won’t even be able to get to that page and see any details. I cannot even buy anything off eBay as I’m stuck in that loop. I’ve been with eBay since 2014. Make sure your mobile device is not set up to automatically open eBay browser links in the app.

 

Try signing in using another browser. Try a private or incognito browser window.

 

If you are using a hotspot or a VPN, try disabling that or using a different network.

 

Try disabling Face ID entirely, and sign in with username and password.

 

Try signing in to the UK eBay community pages, then use the link there to reach your My eBay page.

 

Try using a different device entirely to sign in to your account.

Thanks a lot. I deleted by browser history and cookies and uninstalled the app again. Logged in through chrome (instead of safari). It logged in. Bingo

 

installed the App again and all is good now. Thanks alot
