Still can not buy from same listing if I have purchased from it before

As below the buy now or add to basket option is missing if I purchased from the same listing before on mobile app (this problem goes back to 2019 below) I have to add it to basket via desktop website to be able to buy it again

We would like to look into this. Could you share us some screen shots of your purchase history and the item you are trying to buy again from. you can mail those to androidhelp@ebay.com.

We have had repeat buyers telling us for months that they cannot re-purchase from the same listing. Sometimes they get messages saying "purchases are limited to 3 per buyer." They have sent us screenshots and we have sent them to eBay. EBay has done nothing, so we just create new listings when they tell us there is a problem. No telling how many sales we have lost from buyers who never said anything.ScreenshotPurchasesAreLimitedTo3PerBuyer.png
