Sort order and filter reset between searches

I use eBay to buy collectibles which have a much larger market in the US than they do in the UK. Because of this, I always change the item location filter from 'default' to 'worldwide'.

The new update seems to clear the filter between searches. If I search for something, add a filter, then search for something else, the filter I had applied will now have been reset.

The same happens with the sort order. This makes browsing for items on the eBay app very irritating.

Is there anything I can do to make this process less painful?

Thanks for the post. If you tap the filter button and scroll to the bottom there should be an option to "customize" if you go in there you can turn on search locks which will allow you to save some of your settings.

Oh, thank you! I don't have a customise option but I can see a padlock next to each of the different filter options. I had no idea what that was for.

Can the same be done with sort order?
