Someone hacked my account from Florida and changed my email and I was in the process of changing every thing when I noticed the email had been changed so now they are getting all of my info so I want to close this account completely

Don't close your account -- take it back from the hijacker!

Most likely using a VPN, not likely from FL, that would be too easy...hackers are never from where you think they are or appear to be.

If you have already linked the eBay account to your PayPal account, Immediately log into PayPal, get your PayPal balance and remove the linked cards. Call eBay and let them know about it. You can easily recover your account, using your secret questions and phone number. No need to close it. Hurry up before you are too late.
