Some items show shipping price in app but free shipping on web

The item 142854521076 is an example. It says free shipping on the web site both in item list and item details. But in Android app it shows 100,82 Р for shipping in the bid list, while in item details it is still listed as free. I have already missed some good deals because of this discrepancy. I made some screenshots if needed.
