Sign in with eBay app

I'm trying to sign in to my account via my laptop, which is running Chrome on Windows 11. The browser page says "Sign in initiated" but the circle inside the mobile phone icon just continues spinning. And, I don't get anything about sign in on my phone app.

Are you able to sign in to eBay on your laptop using a different browser?

Are you able to sign in if you disable 2 factor authentication?
