I changed my address, however the shipping labels still have my former address.

There are several different places to change your address. Look in your account information on both Paypal and eBay to make sure you have changed it in all places.

Visit https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses and set your Ship From address and Return address with the Primary Addresses flag.
