Serious Delay in Mobile Notifications

I have been noticing a lag of 30 minutes to 3 hours  on sales notifications on the Android App.

I just had a sale.

I was logged in on the computer and saw the Bell Icon come up for the sale at 12:30

The Cha-ching just now hit at 1:00

I have had worse delays in recent weeks … like I said, up to 3 hours later 😞

Is this a "known" thing?
