It says starting dec 1st to January 1st you can list 200 items for sell free.... so why will it not let me list more than 5 items? How can i take advantage of this time? I have a lot of video games im trying to get rid of....

Sell 200 for Free only applies if your Listing Limits will allow it. As you reliability as a seller grows so too will your limits.
