Sellers items and categories are limited with app update.

I updated my iPad eBay app last night and now one of my very favourite sellers, apparalsave, is only showing 561 items of their 300,000.00 stock. Also, it appears that the only category to choose from is shoes.  What has happened? I uninstalled and installed it again.....I shut down and restarted.....and nothing. I’ve even tried trying to look at other stock by going through a previous purchase and still it only shows 561 items for sale. I haven’t checked my other favourite sellers to see if there are issues. Upsetting and frustrating. Any ideas on what has happened please and thanks

Thanks for the report. Every category should be available in the apps. Could you please send us a screenshot of the screen you are looking at where you only see shoes. Also if you could send us the sellers you are missing items from we will look into that. iosfeedback@ebay.com thanks.

thanks for your reply. Here are some screen shots. One shot shows the number of items available for viewing in the top left . This is not typical in that the site offers over 300,000 items for sale. Another screen shot shows the limited selection when I click on categories. Typically, the list is well over 30 subcategories ie handbags and purses, men’s shoes, men’s accessories, children and toddlers and so on.  My ios is version 11.    Also, if I look at an item that I recently purchased from apparelsave and click to view more items, again, it is limited.  They have a sister site as well, apparently, called shoe metro, but I haven’t looked to see how it is running.  Please let me hear from you .
