Searching for items in certain categories is broken on Android.

Go to a PC web browser.

Open eBay

Search for Samsung, in the home appliances category

See there are many results

Save the search

Go to Android app

Go to saved searches

Search again for the Samsung home appliances

"0 results found in the appliances category"

Only happening since last update

I'm running app version 6.11.1.1

I get similar results in the app or using a browser searching for samsung in the Home & Garden Major Appliance category using a US shipping address.

Make sure you are using the same search on the same site in both browser and app.

I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site and are posting on the US discussion boards. If you are using different country locations to search or a different shipping location, you may not see the same results.

I switched my location setting in the app, from UK to US then to UK again and it seems to have worked.

You are very welcome -- I had not considered switching location back and forth, but that sounds like it worked. I will have to add that to my list of things to try. Thanks!
