Been scammed out of 500aud, no correspondence from anyone robot or human at eBay, submitted over a dozen reports, cannot leave feedback on sellers page, eBay buyer protection isnt real, just a marketing tactic. 3 months now and the only message I have recieved was from a seller who "sent" an item wizard.shop.101 not only did it not arrive but he "refunded" it without any transactions being recieved by myself, 2 and a half months I tried daily to contact him and just yesterday, he sends his first response, two words. "good luck" who are these people, is this a sickly expensive poor **bleep** joke or what? Wouldn't bloody read about it till your putting it in **bleep** word yourself. I'll never use this platform again and  I advise everyone do not compromise your digital security by engaging this platform. **bleep** poor google bloody **bleep** poor

Did this sale actually happen on ebay? Did it originate somewhere else? Did you send gift cards? Much more info is needed here. Ebay's MBG is bullet proof if it was in fact done through ebay and if done within the time frame.

If you can no longer file a case with eBay (time expired), then I would file through Paypal and then file a chargeback on my credit card.
