Saved search on Ebay App for Android is not showing all results.

If I click on a particular Saved Search in the eBay app on my Galaxy 9 Note Android phone it returns 83 Results. If I click on the same saved search on my laptop I get 2,201 Results....This is AWFUL for sellers and FRUSTRATING for buyers!!!! This also happens if I refresh the search on my phone.

There are apparently some differences in the way searches are implemented in the browser and in the app.

One difference is that you are not able to choose more than one refinement option of a particular filter using the app; for instance, using a browser I can select several simultaneous "Item Condition" choices: "open box" "seller refurbished" "manufacturer refurbished" and "used". If I save that search, and open the app and run the saved search, it will default to a single choice, often the first choice.

For example, this search:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=ssd+samsung+2.5&_sacat=0&LH_TitleD...

which currently returns 1346 results for me using a web browser, when saved and then run using the app returns 239 "open box" results only.

Something to keep in mind if you run searches originally saved on a desktop computer using the app.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you give us more details on how it happens when you refresh the search on your phone? Could you give us some steps you are going through when checking the searches.
