Returning an item

I received a defectuos item. I ask for the return or credit. The seller acepts the return. I sent the item but never recrived the return label in order to be a free return. Where can I send photos of the return package and the invoice  for the return.

@mariadecast_0 I'm sorry but you went about this incorrectly. When you have a return you need to get the return label before you ship the item back for a refund. That is how a free return works. Now that you've already shipped the item the seller will not be obligated to return your label amount. Next time be sure to read the money back guarantee so you can fully understand how it works to be able to qualify for a no charge return label. Best of luck to you....

Did you get a tracking number?  If so go to the return and then upload the tracking number to the return case.
