Hello I sold an item on eBay with no return when the funds cleared in my eBay account I immediately mailed out the item to the customer the item went to him there was no one there to receive it so it remained at the post office in his town I told the customer it was at his post office multiple times he never picked it up so after it being there for so many days they return the item to me

No Returns just means you won’t accept a return from a buyer if they receive it and change their mind.
Luckily, this item is on its way back to you, in the condition you sent it.
The buyer has forfeited his eBay buyer protection. The right thing to do would be to figure out your expenses from that sale and refund your buyer the difference.
You can then relist it.
It seems you may not fully understand how iron clad the eBay Money Back Guarantee is.
The buyer can lie and say the item isn’t like the description and they will get a refund. If the seller does not cooperate in that process, the buyer will get to keep the item and get a refund. The seller will get a defect for not working with the buyer.

How long ago did you sell it? I don't see any sold items on your account.
