Since I updated the ebay app on my iPad, two days ago, I received the message that I had exceeded the daily limit so access to this individual function will be denied for the rest of the day (Request.ebay.429). I tried to delete the app and re-download it, but now it won't even let me sign in to my account. Obviously it's an app issue, since ebay on my phone works fine, which I haven't updated. Any suggestions how I can fix this? Thanks.

Hi all,
just turn your WiFi off on your device and use 4g or whatever you got on your device to reopen the app. Then put WiFi back on and use the app as normal, problem solved.

what do you do if your iPad doesn’t have 4G like mine? Only has WiFi.

I was getting this error yesterday on Wi-fi on my phone, today during a power cut I tried using 4g and got the blank screen which has continued on Wi-fi connection. My iPad is fine on Wi-fi, just the phone
