Relisted an item but still shows in unlisted AND listed?

Relisted the item. Went back to relist the next unsold item in the list and the item I’d just relisted is still there. I went to see if its listed and yes it is. Went back to the unlisted and its still there. I clicked it and it says that its listed. Go back and its still in the unlisted list.

And now it has suddenly disappeared from my listed items. Yet you can see in the screenshots that it says its listed. And I know I went through all the steps to relist it. A week of this app update and I’m surprised I have any hair left from pulling at it.
