Push notifications not working on iOS App

Hello,

the push notifications are not working for me. I have tried already the following (what i have found here). Log out and log in after a while, reinstall the app, turn off the notifications and wait for about 30 seconds and turn it on again (in the iphone settings and in the app). Nothing works for me. Please can you have a look? I use the app with version 5.38.0 and iOS 13. 

Any ideas?

Can you please try watching some auctions that end in about 15 minutes and let us know if you get the notifications when those items are about to end.
