I am new to ebay but i have already purchased multiple things and the payment went through. I tried for a bid and won but my paypal wont let me draw any money to pay for my bid. I have tried to reput my information on my card and used a different device but it still says error. It will let me pay for other things but it wont let me pay for my bid.
